  • Golf Partnership Events

    Taylor leads award-winning brand moments & end-to-end customer engagement events across multiple sponsorships, including USGA championships, the Masters, AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am and APGA tournaments, while empathetically mentoring a cross-functional team of 5+ employees and vendors to deliver bespoke experiences that positively impact customer relationships, brand affinity and pipeline growth.

    2022-2025 programs have touched over 2,400 prospective and existing customers, collectively representing millions in bookings and billions in active pipeline.

    In February 2024, Taylor’s US Open Championship hospitality program earned a Gold Hermes Creative Awards Winner for Best Interactive Brand Experience.

    The program offering includes a day or overnight experience with legendary talent integrations, technology tours, business sessions with panelist including USGA’s CEO, evening entertainment & receptions, build design and onsite management of multiple private suite locations (on & off course), 5-star accommodations, curated gifting, F&B, transportation, logistics and project management.

    Taylor prioritizes her time in this role delivering monthly reports & presentations including metrics, event results, customer feedback & data to an executive-level audience; cultivating & managing strategic talent relationships including contracts, briefs and onsite management (i.e. Mark O’Meara, Jack Nicklaus, Fred Couples, etc.) and ideating innovative ways to enable sales teams to connect with customers.

  • NFL Partnership Events

    Across Super Bowl LVII, LIX and LX, Taylor spearheads ideation, strategy, management and implementation of C-Suite customer and executive sponsorship programming.

    The weekend hosting includes an Executive Innovation Forum, two days of content centered around how the NFL’s official technology partner powers the NFL while incorporating chalk-talks from Tom Brady and the NFL’s CISO & CIO.

    Taylor oversaw a team who managed the creation and management of registration, guest communications, 5-star property accommodations, multiple hospitality suite locations (stadium & hotel) with all-inclusive F&B, curated custom gifting experiences, concept, logistics & build of the Executive Innovation Forum, transportation, asset management (NFL Tailgate, NFL House, NFL Honors, private stadium suite), pre & post-game hospitality including all-inclusive F&B, signage & print materials, talent management, event logistics, and project/vendor management.

  • Lifestyle Events

    Taylor’s experience spans lifestyle and culture events like technology summits, Tomorrowland Influencer Programs, JBL Fest, incentive programs and trade shows where she developed and managed a strategic vision & tactical solutions for designing and executing high-end guest experiences.

    From 2018 - 2021 , Taylor orchestrated internal team members to meet client goals while fostering strong client relationships. She also:

    - Supported on-site event execution, coordination, and external vendor support

    - Ideated and executed in-person and virtual experiences for 300+ SVP+ level attendees

    - Managed complex guest database & communication for 1,000+ attendees

    - Developed detailed event documents, processes and best practices

    - Ideated and executed luxury gifting experiences for 1,000+ guests.
